  1. Initial Consult (25$) includes: comprehensive evaluation of your current fitness ability and nutrition, a discussion of goals, and goal setting

2. Training with me : 30$ a session or $20 a session if you buy 5 at a time ($100).

3. Personalized Weekly Fitness Workout Plan ($40)
